1. Sponsor

The promotional sweepstakes offered through the 3AM SHEEP platform are sponsored by 3AM SHEEP LLC (“Sponsor,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Business Address: Montgomery, Alabama. Email: admin@3amsheep.com.

2. Binding Rules

These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern all promotional sweepstakes offered by 3AM SHEEP LLC through 3amsheep.com and any related websites, applications, games, promotions, bonus systems, redemption systems, communications, or services operated by Sponsor (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, receiving Sweep Coins, playing with Sweep Coins, submitting a mail-in request, requesting a redemption, or otherwise participating in a sweepstakes promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all instructions posted on the Platform.

3. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Participation in sweepstakes promotions is available through free methods of entry described in these Rules. Purchases, if offered, are optional and relate only to Gold Coins for entertainment gameplay. Sweep Coins are not sold and may be obtained for free through the alternative methods described below.

4. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes is offered on an ongoing basis beginning on the Effective Date listed above and continuing until modified, suspended, or terminated by Sponsor (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate any sweepstakes promotion, prize offering, bonus, game, redemption method, or portion of the Platform at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, security, operational, fraud-prevention, or business reasons. Material changes will be posted on the Platform where required by law.

5. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following requirements:

(a) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry;
(b) are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction where participation is permitted by law;
(c) are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of participation;
(d) have a valid, verified 3AM SHEEP account in good standing;
(e) are not excluded, self-excluded, banned, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from using the Platform;
(f) are not employees, officers, directors, owners, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies of Sponsor, nor immediate family or household members of such persons; and
(g) comply with these Rules, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. If a participant is found ineligible, Sponsor may void entries, deny redemptions, suspend the account, close the account, and forfeit associated promotional balances where permitted by law.

6. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Unless otherwise updated by Sponsor, participation in Sweep Coin promotions and prize redemptions is prohibited in the following jurisdictions: Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and any other jurisdiction where Sponsor determines participation is prohibited, restricted, or legally impractical.

Sponsor may update the list of prohibited jurisdictions at any time based on legal, regulatory, operational, or risk considerations. Users are responsible for ensuring that participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

7. Geolocation and Location Verification

Sponsor may use IP address checks, device-based location signals, browser location permissions, payment location information, identity verification, fraud screening, and other reasonable methods to determine whether a participant is located in an eligible jurisdiction.

Use of VPNs, proxies, remote desktop tools, emulators, location spoofing, anonymizers, or similar tools to bypass jurisdiction restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of Sweep Coins, cancellation of redemptions, account suspension, or account closure.

8. Gold Coins — Entertainment Currency

Gold Coins (“GC”) are virtual entertainment credits used only for play-for-fun games on the Platform. Gold Coins have no monetary value, no cash value, no property value, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, or converted into cash, prizes, Sweep Coins, gift cards, or anything of value.

Gold Coins are not part of the Sweepstakes and do not constitute sweepstakes entries. Any purchase of Gold Coins, if available, is optional and is solely for entertainment gameplay.

9. Sweep Coins — Promotional Sweepstakes Entries

Sweep Coins (“SC”) are promotional sweepstakes entries issued by Sponsor. Sweep Coins are not sold, are not purchased, are not legal tender, and are not a deposit, bank balance, stored value, financial instrument, or cryptocurrency.

Sweep Coins may be used to participate in eligible promotional sweepstakes games. Subject to these Rules, verification, eligibility, minimum redemption thresholds, fraud review, and applicable law, eligible accumulated Sweep Coins may be redeemed for prizes.

Sweep Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, traded, gifted, brokered, bartered, or exchanged between users.

10. How to Obtain Sweep Coins — Free Platform Methods

Participants may obtain Sweep Coins for free through one or more promotional methods made available by Sponsor, which may include:

(a) welcome bonuses upon account registration;
(b) daily login bonuses;
(c) promotional bonus codes;
(d) social media promotions;
(e) email promotions;
(f) community promotions;
(g) special events;
(h) administrative grants issued by Sponsor; and
(i) other free promotional methods announced by Sponsor.

Sponsor may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate any promotional method at any time. Bonus availability, frequency, quantity, and eligibility may vary.

11. How to Obtain Sweep Coins — Free Mail-In Method

To request Sweep Coins without purchase, handwrite the following information on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper:

(a) full legal name;
(b) date of birth;
(c) complete residential mailing address;
(d) email address associated with your 3AM SHEEP account;
(e) phone number;
(f) the statement: “I request free Sweep Coins for 3AM SHEEP promotional sweepstakes participation. I certify that I am at least 21 years old, located in an eligible jurisdiction, and agree to the Sweepstakes Rules.”; and
(g) your handwritten signature.

Mail the request in a stamped envelope to:

Limit: one (1) mail-in request per outer envelope. Limit one (1) request per person per calendar month unless Sponsor posts a different limit. Mechanically reproduced, copied, typed, computer-generated, incomplete, illegible, bulk, automated, or fraudulent requests are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, postage-due, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or undeliverable mail.

Approved valid mail-in requests will receive the standard Sweep Coin allocation then published by Sponsor or, if none is published, a reasonable promotional allocation determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Requests may take up to thirty (30) business days to process after receipt.

12. Account Requirement

A valid 3AM SHEEP account is required to receive, use, or redeem Sweep Coins. Each participant may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, fake accounts, bot accounts, identity-mismatched accounts, and accounts created to abuse promotions are prohibited.

If Sponsor determines that multiple accounts are controlled by the same person or household in violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service, Sponsor may consolidate, suspend, or close accounts and void associated entries, balances, bonuses, and redemption requests.

13. Playing Sweepstakes Games

Sweep Coins may be used only in eligible sweepstakes games designated by Sponsor. Game results are determined according to the rules, math models, randomization systems, and mechanics applicable to each game.

Sponsor may modify, add, remove, disable, suspend, or replace games at any time. If a game, result, balance, or redemption is affected by error, malfunction, technical failure, misconfiguration, exploit, unauthorized access, or fraud, Sponsor may void, reverse, adjust, or correct affected results to preserve promotion integrity.

14. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Sweep Coins used, game mechanics, prize structure, mathematical probabilities, and number of participants. No purchase is required to obtain Sweep Coins. A purchase will not improve odds or increase chances of winning compared to free methods of obtaining Sweep Coins.

15. Prize Redemption Eligibility

To redeem eligible Sweep Coins for prizes, you must:

(a) be at least 21 years old;
(b) be a legal resident and physically located in an eligible jurisdiction;
(c) have an account in good standing;
(d) satisfy all identity, age, address, tax, fraud, payment, and eligibility verification requirements;
(e) satisfy the minimum redemption threshold posted by Sponsor;
(f) comply with all Platform rules, Terms of Service, and these Rules; and
(g) provide accurate payment or redemption information requested by Sponsor or its service providers.

16. Minimum and Maximum Redemptions

Unless otherwise posted by Sponsor, the minimum redemption threshold is 100 eligible Sweep Coins. Sponsor may establish daily, weekly, monthly, transaction-based, jurisdiction-based, account-based, or promotion-based redemption limits.

Sponsor may change redemption thresholds and limits at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, operational, or business reasons. Redemptions below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

17. Redemption Review and Processing

Redemption requests are subject to review and approval. Sponsor may require government-issued identification, proof of address, tax forms, payment verification, geolocation checks, source-of-funds information where appropriate, sanctions screening, fraud review, and other compliance checks.

Approved redemptions are generally processed within a commercially reasonable time, but processing times may vary depending on verification, payment provider delays, banking delays, fraud review, holidays, technical issues, or compliance requirements.

Sponsor may delay, deny, reverse, or cancel a redemption request if Sponsor reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, ineligibility, prohibited jurisdiction access, multiple accounts, chargeback activity, identity mismatch, violation of these Rules, violation of the Terms of Service, or unlawful conduct.

18. Prize Form

Prizes may be awarded in cash equivalent, electronic payment, gift card, merchandise, or other prize forms made available by Sponsor. Prize form and availability may vary by jurisdiction, payment provider, and account status.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where a particular prize or payment method is unavailable, impractical, unlawful, or restricted.

19. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, reporting obligations, and consequences associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation before processing redemptions.

Winners receiving prizes at or above applicable reporting thresholds may receive IRS Form 1099 or other required tax reporting documents. Failure to provide required tax information may result in delayed, denied, or cancelled redemption requests.

20. Expiration and Inactivity

Subject to applicable law, Sweep Coins, bonuses, promotional entries, and account benefits may expire, be forfeited, or become unavailable after periods of inactivity, account closure, self-exclusion, fraud review, or violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service.

Sponsor may publish specific expiration periods for particular promotions, bonuses, or Sweep Coin grants. Promotional Sweep Coins may be subject to additional limits, requirements, or expiration terms disclosed at the time of issuance.

21. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

(a) create or use multiple accounts;
(b) use false information, fake identities, or someone else’s identity;
(c) use bots, scripts, automation, scraping tools, emulators, exploits, or unauthorized software;
(d) manipulate games, bonuses, promotions, mail-in requests, or redemption systems;
(e) use VPNs, proxies, remote desktop tools, or location spoofing to bypass restrictions;
(f) engage in fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
(g) sell, transfer, trade, assign, or exchange Sweep Coins or accounts;
(h) harass, threaten, or abuse Sponsor, staff, vendors, or other users;
(i) interfere with Platform security, integrity, or operations; or
(j) violate applicable law, these Rules, or the Terms of Service.

Violation may result in disqualification, forfeiture, account closure, denial of redemptions, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities where applicable.

22. Fraud, Abuse, and Error Correction

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, collusion, account sharing, identity abuse, chargebacks, payment irregularities, game errors, bonus abuse, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may void entries, adjust balances, reverse results, cancel redemptions, suspend accounts, close accounts, and forfeit promotional benefits where Sponsor reasonably determines that fraud, abuse, error, or prohibited conduct occurred.

23. Identity Mismatch and Payment Irregularities

The name, identity, address, payment information, and redemption information associated with an account must match the verified account holder. Sponsor may deny or delay redemptions involving mismatched identities, shared payment methods, suspicious banking activity, third-party payment instruments, stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or other irregularities.

24. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s username, first name, city/state, likeness, statements, prize information, and gameplay-related information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor will not publish sensitive identity documents, full residential addresses, or confidential verification information.

25. Privacy

Participation in the Sweepstakes requires collection and processing of personal information. Information may be used for account administration, identity verification, age verification, location checks, fraud prevention, prize fulfillment, tax reporting, compliance, and Platform operations. 26. Responsible Gaming

3AM SHEEP is intended for entertainment and promotional sweepstakes participation only. If gameplay is no longer fun, you should take a break. Sponsor may offer cooling-off tools, self-exclusion, purchase restrictions, promotional limits, or account closure options. Please review our Responsible Gaming Policy for more information.

27. Platform Availability

Sponsor does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform, games, promotions, bonus systems, or redemption systems. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party service interruptions, security events, compliance reviews, or technical issues. Sponsor is not responsible for entries, gameplay, balances, or redemptions affected by events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, except where required by law.

28. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Sweepstakes, promotion, game, bonus, redemption feature, or these Rules if fraud, technical failures, legal changes, regulatory concerns, security issues, force majeure events, or other factors impair or threaten the fairness, legality, security, or integrity of the promotion.

29. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, payment processors, advertising partners, and agents from any liability, loss, claim, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, use of the Platform, acceptance or use of prizes, technical failures, unauthorized access, or violation of these Rules, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, the Platform, gameplay, Sweep Coins, prizes, redemptions, or these Rules. Sponsor’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the prize value at issue or one hundred U.S. dollars (\$100), except where prohibited by law.

31. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Rules, the Sweepstakes, Sweep Coins, prizes, redemptions, account activity, promotions, or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as modified by these Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in Montgomery County, Alabama, unless the parties agree to remote proceedings or the arbitrator determines that another format is required by applicable law. These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act.

Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought only in an individual capacity. Participants waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, representative action, private attorney general action, or jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

33. Winners List

To request a winners list for a completed promotional period, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must identify the applicable promotion or date range and must be received within ninety (90) days after the relevant promotion period ends. Winner information may be limited to protect privacy and comply with applicable law.

34. Official Rules Control

In the event of a conflict between marketing materials, website copy, social media posts, emails, game descriptions, customer support statements, or other communications and these Sweepstakes Rules, these Sweepstakes Rules control unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing.
