1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 3AM Sheep LLC, 209 County Road 506, Marbury, AL 36051 ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes runs on an ongoing basis beginning March 3, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time upon 30 days' notice posted on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of eligible U.S. states who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of 3AM Sheep LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void in Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and wherever else prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

4. How to Enter — Free Method (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter the Sweepstakes without any purchase or payment, hand-print your full legal name, date of birth, complete mailing address, and email address associated with your account on a 3" × 5" card or piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar month. Mail-in entries will be fulfilled within 14 business days of receipt with a standard Sweep Coin allocation. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail.

5. How to Enter — Platform Method

Registered users of 3amsheep.com receive Sweep Coins (SC) through: (a) welcome bonuses upon account creation; (b) daily login bonuses; (c) promotional bonus codes distributed by Sponsor; (d) gameplay on eligible games using Sweep Coins. Sweep Coins obtained through Platform participation are entries into the Sweepstakes.

6. Sweep Coins — Promotional Currency

Sweep Coins (SC) are the promotional currency of the Sweepstakes. 1 SC = $1.00 USD in redemption value. Sweep Coins: (a) are distributed by Sponsor at no cost through the methods described in Section 5; (b) are non-transferable and have no cash value except as prizes redeemable under these Rules; (c) may be used to play eligible games on the Platform; (d) accumulated through gameplay may be redeemed for prizes as described in Section 7.

7. Prizes & Redemption

Prize Pool: Cash equivalent prizes funded by Sponsor.

Minimum Redemption: 100 SC ($100.00 USD).

Redemption Process: To redeem Sweep Coins, you must: (1) have a minimum of 100 SC in your account; (2) submit a redemption request through the Platform; (3) complete identity verification including government-issued photo ID; (4) provide a valid payment method. Redemptions are processed within 5–10 business days.

Tax Obligations: All prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year will receive IRS Form 1099. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes received.

Forfeiture: Prizes forfeited if winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, or violates these Rules or the Terms of Service.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of Sweep Coins in play across all participants and the specific game mechanics of each eligible game. Obtaining additional Sweep Coins through the free mail-in method does not increase your odds relative to other paid participants, as no purchase is required. All eligible participants have an equal opportunity to receive Sweep Coins through the free entry method.

9. Gold Coins — Entertainment Only

Gold Coins (GC) are virtual tokens used for entertainment gameplay only. Gold Coins have absolutely no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for prizes, and are not part of this Sweepstakes. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged for Sweep Coins under any circumstances.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to: (a) disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules; (b) cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's control impair the integrity of the promotion; (c) use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Disputes

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in Autauga County, Alabama. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

12. Winners List

To obtain a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 3AM Sheep LLC — Winners List, 209 County Road 506, Marbury, AL 36051. Requests must be received within 90 days of the end of the applicable promotion period.
