3AM SHEEP LLC is a play-for-fun social gaming and promotional sweepstakes platform. The Platform does not offer real-money gambling. No purchase is necessary to play or participate. If play stops being fun, take a break and contact support for account limits or self-exclusion.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

The Platform does not offer real-money gambling, casino gambling, sports wagering, or the opportunity to win real money based on gambling. Gold Coins are for entertainment only and have no monetary value. Sweep Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries that may be used only in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules.

No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweep Coins or participate in promotional sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly limited to users who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally eligible to participate in their jurisdiction. We may use age verification, identity verification, geolocation, payment verification, and fraud screening tools to help prevent underage access.

If we determine that an account belongs to or is being accessed by a person under 21, we may immediately suspend or close the account and void related activity.

4. Keep Play Social and Fun

We encourage users to follow these guidelines:

(a) play for entertainment, not income;
(b) set personal time and spending limits before playing;
(c) never play while upset, stressed, intoxicated, or under pressure;
(d) never attempt to recover losses or chase results;
(e) take regular breaks;
(f) keep gameplay balanced with work, school, family, and health; and

5. Warning Signs

Consider taking a break or seeking help if you:

(a) feel unable to stop playing;
(b) spend more time or money than intended;
(c) hide gameplay from friends or family;

(e) neglect responsibilities because of play;
(f) become angry or distressed when unable to play;
(g) borrow money, sell items, or miss bills because of online gaming; or
(h) believe you can guarantee or control outcomes.

6. Account Limits

Users may contact support to request account controls, which may include:

(a) purchase limits;
(b) gameplay reminders;
(c) cooling-off periods;
(d) temporary account suspension;
(e) promotional communication limits; and
(f) long-term self-exclusion.

Limits may take time to process and may not apply retroactively. We may decline requests to remove or reduce responsible gaming restrictions where doing so would undermine user protection.

7. Cooling-Off Periods

A cooling-off period is a temporary break from the Platform. During a cooling-off period, access to gameplay, purchases, promotions, and redemptions may be restricted. Cooling-off periods are intended to help users pause activity and regain control.

To request a cooling-off period, contact support at support@3amsheep.com. Cooling-off periods will remain in effect for the requested duration and cannot be reversed early.

8. Self-Exclusion

Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. To request self-exclusion, contact support@3amsheep.com with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request." Once processed, your account will be closed and you will be prevented from opening a new account.

If you attempt to re-register during a self-exclusion period and we identify the account as belonging to you, we will close the account immediately.

9. Parental Controls
