IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using 3amsheep.com. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 3amsheep.com ("the Platform"), operated by 3AM Sheep LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alabama ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are a natural person, not a corporation or other entity; (c) you are located in a jurisdiction where participation in sweepstakes is lawful; (d) you are not located in a Restricted State (see Section 4); (e) you are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of 3AM Sheep LLC or its affiliates; and (f) all registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3. Nature of the Platform — No Real Money Gambling

3amsheep.com is a sweepstakes-based social casino platform. No real money gambling occurs on this Platform. The Platform operates under a promotional sweepstakes model in compliance with applicable U.S. sweepstakes laws. Gold Coins (GC) are virtual currency used for entertainment purposes only and have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Sweep Coins (SC) are promotional currency that may be redeemed for prizes subject to the conditions in these Terms and our Sweepstakes Rules. Participation does not require any purchase. See Section 9 for the free alternative method of entry.

4. Restricted States & Jurisdictions

The Platform is void where prohibited. The following U.S. states are currently restricted and residents may not participate: Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia. This list may be updated at any time. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access at any time based on legal requirements.

5. Virtual Currency — Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are virtual tokens provided solely for entertainment gameplay. Gold Coins: (a) have no monetary or cash value; (b) cannot be purchased; (c) cannot be transferred between accounts; (d) cannot be redeemed for Sweep Coins, cash, prizes, or anything of value; (e) are granted free of charge through welcome bonuses, daily bonuses, promotional codes, and other means at our discretion. Gold Coins are a revocable license to use certain Platform features and do not constitute property.

6. Virtual Currency — Sweep Coins (SC)

Sweep Coins are promotional currency distributed as part of our sweepstakes promotion. 1 Sweep Coin = $1.00 USD in redemption value. Sweep Coins: (a) may be redeemed for prizes with a minimum redemption of $100.00 USD (100 SC); (b) are non-transferable between accounts; (c) may expire if an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months; (d) may be forfeited if an account is closed, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms; (e) are subject to identity verification prior to redemption. Redemption requests are processed within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to modify the redemption rate, minimum threshold, or redemption methods upon 30 days' notice.

7. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at admin@3amsheep.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, belong to ineligible users, or are used in violation of these Terms. Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the Platform; (b) exploit bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain; (c) engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any portion of the Platform; (f) harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff; (g) sell, transfer, or trade your account or virtual currency; (h) misrepresent your identity, age, or location. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all virtual currency balances without refund or compensation.

9. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To receive Sweep Coins without any purchase, you may mail a handwritten request on a 3"×5" card or piece of paper with your full legal name, date of birth, email address associated with your account, and return mailing address to: 3AM Sheep LLC, 209 County Road 506, Marbury, AL 36051. Mail-in requests will be fulfilled within 14 business days of receipt. Limit one mail-in request per household per calendar month. Mail-in entries receive a standard promotional allocation of Sweep Coins as determined by the current promotion.

10. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you feel that your use of the Platform is becoming problematic, we encourage you to contact us at admin@3amsheep.com to request self-exclusion or account limits. Resources for problem gambling assistance are available through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or ncpgambling.org. Users may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by emailing admin@3amsheep.com.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and game mechanics, is the exclusive property of 3AM Sheep LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3AM SHEEP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3AM Sheep LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Autauga County, Alabama, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
